Pontal Cultural Center (Centro Cultural Pontal)

Carlos Gomes Theater (Teatro Carlos Gomes)
The Municipal Theatre opened in 1930 and received the name Carlos Gomes in 1959. Features ornate Belle Époque architecture with red velvet seats and crystal chandeliers. The Teatro Municipal Carlos Gomes was demolished in 1965 and cannot be visited or booked.
State University Science Museum (Museu de Ciências - UNICAMP)
Interactive science museum with hands-on exhibits exploring physics, biology, and technology. Housed in the former Physics Department building. Features planetarium shows and rotating themed exhibitions. Educational programs for families.
