April: Frühlingsfest (Spring Festival) – beer festival with food and rides lasting 2-3 weeks.

May: Internationales Musikfestival (International Music Festival) – classical and contemporary performances across multiple venues.

July-August: Open-air concerts and theater performances in Schlosspark and other venues throughout summer.

August: Wilhelma Summer Nights – evening concerts and cultural performances in botanical gardens.

September: Cannstatter Volksfest – Stuttgart's largest festival with beer tents, food, carnival rides, and parades (over 2 weeks).

November: Weihnachtsmarkt (Christmas Market) begins in Marktplatz and spreads throughout downtown. Runs through December 23rd with traditional crafts, food, and decorations.

December: New Year celebrations and concerts. Shopping sales begin mid-December.

Year-Round: Regular exhibitions and performances at Staatstheater (state opera and ballet) and concert halls throughout the city.
