You don't need a pass for Liverpool's big museums: the Museum of Liverpool and the Walker Art Gallery are free to enter (the Maritime and International Slavery museums are closed until about 2028) (some special exhibitions are ticketed). Paid highlights such as The Beatles Story and the Liverpool Cathedral tower (£8) are bought separately.
