Day 1 — Ancient Thasos: Morning at the Archaeological Museum and Ancient Agora in Limenas, then walk up through the Ancient Theatre to the Acropolis for sunset views over the harbor.
Day 2 — Marble Coves: Drive south to Marble Beach and Giola Lagoon early (before crowds), swim at both, then continue to Aliki for the submerged ancient quarries and a late lunch.
Day 3 — Mountain Villages: Drive inland to Panagia and Potamia for the Vagis Museum and village walk, then on to Theologos for a quieter, traditional stop; return via the forested central ring road.
Day 4 — Beach Day: Base at Golden Beach for swimming and watersports, or take a full-day round-the-island boat tour to reach coves inaccessible by road.
Day 5 — Mainland Excursion: Ferry to Kavala for its old town and fortress, then drive to the Philippi archaeological site before returning by evening ferry.
