Public Transportation

Budapest has an excellent integrated public transport system operated by BKK, including metro (4 lines), trams, buses, trolleybuses, and boats. Single tickets cost 350 HUF (~€0.90); validate upon boarding. Travel cards offer better value: 24-hour (1,650 HUF), 72-hour (4,150 HUF), 7-day (4,950 HUF). Metro Lines

Key Tram Lines

Tram 2: Runs along the Pest Danube embankment - considered one of the world's most scenic tram routes with constant Parliament and castle views.

Airport Transfer

Getting to Buda Castle
