Day 1 — Santa Cruz & La Laguna: Morning at the Museo de la Naturaleza y el Hombre and Auditorio de Tenerife, tram to La Laguna's UNESCO old town for lunch and an afternoon exploring Plaza del Adelantado and the cathedral.
Day 2 — Mount Teide: Early departure to beat crowds, cable car to near the summit, short hike (permit required for the crater), scenic drive back via Vilaflor for lunch. Stargazing tour if energy allows in the evening.
Day 3 — North Coast: Puerto de la Cruz old town and Plaza del Charco in the morning, Jardín Botánico, then Icod de los Vinos (Drago Milenario) and Garachico's lava pools in the afternoon.
Day 4 — Masca & Los Gigantes: Drive the Teno mountain road to Masca village, short hike or viewpoint stop, continue to Los Gigantes for a sunset boat trip beneath the cliffs.
Day 5 — South Coast & Whales: Morning whale-watching trip from Los Cristianos, afternoon at Siam Park or Playa del Duque, evening in Costa Adeje.
